Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Domestic shipping via Poczta Polska – 17 zł

Domestic shipping via UPS – 20 zł

International shipping – 85 zł

International customers – duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

PACKING

We take great care when packing our lights. All lights are wrapped in a bubble wrap and cardboard boxes for extra protection.
Once the parcel arrives damaged, please write the claim and report the damage immediately upon arrival to us.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Orders shipped via Poczta Polska will be delivered whithin 3 days.
Orders shipped with UPS courier service will be delivered within 2-3 days Poland wide.
International orders will be delivered in approximately 5 days from date of dispatch.

 

PAYMENTS

Proof of purchase is personal invoice.
International payments can be made via electronic payment system Przelewy24.pl (including the system of Pay Pal).

 

QUALITY

Due to the nature of handmade, our light may slightly differ, and may have imperfections, particularly along the the edges. These variations are not considered faults.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We will accept non sale item/s for refund or exchange providing that the lights are in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged by you.
The basis of the complaint and return the invoice.
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
The customer must submit a written statement about the return of the product.
After receiving the returned item, we will refund you via the payment method in which the light was purchased, within 5 business days.
Please note if you are exchanging an item, we will only cover additional postage costs if the lights are deemed faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.

 

SALE RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept the lights purchased during the promotion.
We will accept promotion item/s for refund or exchange only if the problem is technical by our side (for exaple non working led’s or twinkle led’s) providing that the lights are in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged by you.
The basis of the complaint and return the invoice.
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
The customer must submit a written statement about the return of the product.
After receiving the returned item, we will refund you via the payment method in which the light was purchased, within 5 business days.

We ensure the proper operation of the store with the following browsers:

– Safari with the latest versions of Java and Flash, on screens with horizontal resolution of over 1024 pixels..

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you.
The information you provide is only available to Pretty Bright Letters and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Pretty Bright Letters to delete or correct the information held about you.
